"They appeared on time with two bucket trucks and started pruning. It took most of the day. They were careful how and where they set up the trucks and I had no visible damage to my lawn or even my fragile begonias. They cleaned up all the cut limbs and left the lawn spotless. I asked them to also trim back a few branches on a tree that was impinging on the streetlight and to prune a little off the top of a Japanese maple that I couldn't reach. They took care of it and didn't charge me any extra. I was impressed."

"I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone.
