"We knew we had a couple of leaks in our lawn sprinkler system, so we purchased a Tune-up with Hendco. Tune-up was scheduled for 2pm on a Thursday, he showed up at 3pm. He identified exactly where the leaks were and said he could fix them. We setup the appointment for repairs for the following day, Friday at 10am. Sometime after noon, he called and said he wouldn't be able to make it and asked to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 10am. He and his technician showed up at 2:30pm. While Steve was a nice enough guy, he has a real problem with time management. Price was within reason, but I won't use him again and can't recommend him either."

"Staff were competent and efficient.  Multiple sprinkler heads were cleaned and or adjusted.  A few needed replacement.  The overall system was reprogrammed.  The total job took about  2 hours.  The only negative was delays in getting the effort scheduled, partially because of it being a busy season for this type of work.

They called very soon after I filled out the the online form, requesting a free estimate. I scheduled an appointment to have someone come give me a quote on a screened porch and possibly a patio slab. The day of the appointment they showed up five minutes early and it only took about 30 minutes for them to get me a price. They told me the price is good for a year and that I do not have to pay anything until they finish the work. I will use them when I am ready to have the work done."
