Specifically when they discovered my garage-to-bedroom remodel had not been insulated they shifted to another part of the project while I contracted North Florida Insulation to schedule and have insulation blown into the wall (for insulators minimum charge) and MDS&S closed the holes and continued as part of the job. They also encouraged me to make check lists during at the end of work to make sure nothing was left undone. And nothing was left undone. They replaced 9 windows and all siding and kept me informed of how they were sealing all work to prevent future problems. The weather wasn't cooperating so it took a while but all the ducks were in a row!"
