"I just moved into our new home in April and was so disappointed in the condition the contractor left my lawn. The seed was that disgusting ? contractor grade seed. I complained about the incompetent landscaper who had the audacity to tell me it is what it is and it will take a few years to look good, especially when they removed the topsoil and left me with clay. He came next day and recommended to apply a soil fertilizer and in the fall aerate, over seed and apply compost. A miracle I cannot express how impressed I am with their integrity, honesty and the competence level is so high because they are passionate about their business and what they do. He will continue overseeing my lawn, in spite of me having an HOA who really mows the lawn. I now have my neighbor also using their service."
