"We thought it went well until we moved in and during 30-40 mph winds, the GAF ridge cap shingles came off. Martinez came back promptly to try to fix/fasten, and stated he himself did not like this type of shingle that the builder chose, and not much more he could do. Later as more loosened, the builder's supplier under warranty replaced all of our ridge cap shingles. Not Martinez's fault."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I was impressed with the care and professionalism that Alex Andino and his crew demonstrated when they roofed our house and unattached garage plus replace three skylights. We had previously had leakage around the skylights, so Alex and his crew replaced the 4X8 wood sections around them, because the old ones showed damage from water leakage. Not only did the Andino crew do a wonderful job on the entire house and garage, but he replaced a rusting chimney pipe and also replaced a broken vent pipe on our roof. The crew was very polite and courteous and worked together very well. When they were done, they completely cleaned up the entire area and used magnets to pick up any possible nails in the yard. My remodeling contractor inspected their work after they were done and thought they had done an outstanding job!"
