Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. I contacted five boros and they came out right away, I explained the situation they gave me two quotes, a repair and a full replacement. They were patient with me making my decision because I was experiencing family problems. I decided on the full replacement because of the 20 year warranty. They were professional and efficient. They kept me updated with the progress of the job.
