"We liked Marcio. He seems a honest businessman and always willing to fix the problems we had with the work quality. We are not so impressed by his crew though. Painters sanded exterior carelessly. They simply painted over the surface that was far from smooth, and called job done. After I complaint, they came back and did much better job. And they keep "forgetting" two places that were clearly indicated in the contact with pictures. I serious doubt their professalism as they could have done all these correctly in the first place. We are even more disappointed with the carpentry work. The guy even tried to hide the defeat of his work."

He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected.
