The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"The first job David did for us was to install a rubber roof over our old leaking tin porch roof.  We were so impressed with his work that we had him work on several of our rental properties, including an entire roof replacement on a 100 year old Victorian house with multiple valleys, steep roof lines and complicated flashing.  David's specialty is metal work and particularly copper work.   I have nothing to say but great things about David and Melissa.  The work they did for us was top notch, on time and at a fair price. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"These guys are the real deal. They aren't the cheapest and they'll tell you the same. However, they got as close to a price match as they possibly could. They came out on a Friday afternoon around 5:30, looked at the problem, and said that they could show up the next day (Saturday, mind you), and be finished before lunch. Sure enough, they did exactly as they said. I truly can't express the trust I have in the guys and will recommend them to anyone that asks. They'll always be the first place I call when I'm looking to have some work done."

"The most recent inspection was actually the second home I had inspected by Troy. The first one I was interested in had major structural and foundation issues. I went with Troy on the first inspection and it was an eye opening experience. He could look at joists or a door frame, point out where it was not square, explain where the stress was coming from and what caused it. (In this case, the front corner of the house was sinking into the hillside.) He saved me from buying a lovely house that had a large number of serious and expensive problems. The issues were documented in a pdf report in writing and with photos. <br /> The second house also received a thorough going over and the few major issues were identified. It takes 48 hours to receive the formal report but I asked for a brief list of the major issues so that we could move forward with the seller. Troy sent a quick response to this request which included that the central air was not working. The seller quickly had a service person recharge the central air unit and we were able to move forward toward closing. <br /> The report is easy to read with major concerns listed first, followed by needed repairs and improvement suggestions for each category. <br /> I found Troy to be a pleasure to work with, he is very easy-going and professional and I trust him implicitly. <br />"

"The service provider was polite and did a good job; however, he stated that the edges of the carpet were stained from years of dust and that he would not be able to clean that. I sprayed carpet cleaner on it myself and was able to make it look much better."

"Homeowners who might be considering a new roof also need to include the gutters as part of their concerns. Two years after Continuous Gutter Pros replaced our roof and gutters, we are very pleased with all components, including the special work taken with the gutters. First, Continuous Gutter Pros use 6" instead of 5" gutters to improve water flow, and it has significantly improved our flow and drainage from roof to gutters. Our previous old gutters were terrible, with poor drainage and overflow during downpours, and we were constantly plagued with dripping water and overflows.  Our new gutters are perfect, largely strengthened by the addition of valley shields that were included in our new roof.
