"Jose Guzman....outstanding job with drywall ! I’m a weekend warrior when it comes to home improvement projects. Several months ago I took on the project to build a rec room in our basement. I had a few friends that helped out with the framing and electrical. I respectively took on the task of hanging the drywall with my sons...it was a great farther and son bonding time. Then it came time to tape and mud and I knew this was beyond my area of expertise. I called several contractors to get a quote but was surprised that very few would even show up or call back. I think they were turned off when I explained to them that I installed the drywall myself. Even those that did show had other side jobs of plowing snow and I was skeptical of their experience. Others wanted to sell me on painting rather than tape and mudding. Finally I found Jose Guzman on Angie’s list with A rating and several good reviews. I called him to setup an appointment and he showed up in a matter of hours later. I could tell right away Jose was a very experienced with drywall installation and mudding. Jose pointed out some mistakes I made with the drywall installation and he did so in a manner that did not make me feel like I was incompetent. Jose is very professional and always arrived on time each day. His workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding and mirrored my expectations as a perfectionist. I would highly recommend Jose for any drywall type installation or repair."
