"We had all of our windows, an oversized patio door and an exterior mud door replaced. The project was very expensive but the result is amazing. We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. I am very happy with Henderson and Daughter and Josh Kaiser. I highly recommend them."

Mike met us on the Saturday after completion to walk through the exterior and interior of the house to show the work and answer any questions or concerns. "TLDR: All in all great value, quality, and flexibility. Overall I would absolutely hire Dogwood again. I would only be a little more careful to think of and express important specifications rather than leave anything assumed/unwritten. Dogwood was the only one who walked most of the job and considered challenges for the job before giving the quote. Most other contractors wanted a flat daily rate and made an arbitrary promise to get X done per day. Dogwood instead looked at it and considered the variables, told me what site prep to do, and worked diligently to execute the job. As with any contractor, I recommend putting any discussion and decision into writing. Several agreed topics/decisions and specifications were either forgotten or not followed. Miscommunications and last minute "boots on the ground" adjustments happen. Keeping things clear and written down (even on a post it for an adjustment the crew needs to remember) will help everyone."

"Kitchen outtake vent replaced. I decided to wait for the baby birds to leave their nest. Mr. Handyman came out cleared out the nest for me sealed the inner to properly, and replace the exterior outtake kitchen vent so birds could not re-nest inside. I appreciate The thoroughness in the work."

"Armando and his partner Ben did a fantastic job on our home. Ben replaced our 30-year-old carpet with lvp flooring did all the trim, replaced most of the interior doors and replaced all of our exterior doors and Armando had his paint crew paint the entire inside. Highly recommend them."
