"Excellent- Reliable, made time for us after calling so many others , affordable, professional !! we were thrilled with Joshua himself and the two men he sent to stake our property. I cant say enough except thank You !! I needed to know my property lines as we needed a fence for our dogs , my neighbor had been very nasty when my pup got out. Also we live near a main road. No one was replying or worse didnt show, and a few told me I needed a new survey although we had one from a year prior. Josh is no nonsense, honest and reliable. My property lines are now clearly visible, staked and ready for a new fence. Josh came the following day to check the work. extremely happy . Thanks Mr. Wicks !!!"

FAQs for engineer service projects in Raleigh, NC

Timelines for soil tests vary depending on the type of test and its analysis process. Availability for on-site testing, consultations, and labs also affects how long it takes to get results back. In general, more complex or in-depth soil tests take longer to complete.

Soil testing is a valuable investment for many homeowners. Tests generally contribute to a project's success by identifying potential issues, such as structural issues or unbalanced nutritional profiles. Some local regulations require these tests to obtain building permits and may fine sites that fail to satisfy inspection and testing guidelines.

The best method for soil testing is the one that’s aligned with your goals. Soil tests provide insights into different soil characteristics and are consequently suited to certain projects and goals. For example, basic soil profiles and garden and lawn soil tests provide nutritional insight and help inform topsoil needs, amendments, and plant selection.
