Due to the house next door still being built, the builders were installing rods close to my fence and they broke one and a half wood slats. Justin the owner was there measuring for the neighbors and so the builders and them talked. He came by within the next day or two and free of charge fixed/replaced slats. As a person with little carpentry experience and living alone with kids this was really appreciated too. He stated if anything happens with the builders again while they are there he can come fix it.
