"We hired Noble Glass Inc. to replace a window with a custom door for our San Diego townhouse. The process has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were initially told the job would take around two weeks. Instead, it dragged on for over two months with almost no proactive communication. Calls and emails were rarely returned, and when we did reach someone, we were repeatedly told we?d get a call back that never came. When the door finally arrived, we discovered it had been ordered in the wrong size ? even though their own team came out and measured the opening. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they attempted to charge us thousands of dollars more for additional demo, drywall, and stucco work that only became necessary because of the sizing error.
