I liked the fact that he was honest and straight forward without playing any games or try and screw me over. In the end, I decided to get a whole new roof, down to even getting all new plywood. The men who came to work on the roof were competent and professional. They went to great lengths to only bother me when it was necessary. Everyday they made a mess but at the end of the day they would always clean it up. I thought they were very professional. Leon was not at my house everyday but he was always just a phone call away. He was very accessible. Once the work was completed, Leon and myself walked around the property and inspected the work. He made sure that I was completed satisfied before everything was finalized. Protecta Roofing made a big impression on me based on the way they started and completed this job. "Start to finish the entire roof replacement was about 2 days, which is impressive with how great it looks. Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have. "I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."
