"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. I decided to hire him pretty much as soon as I met him as he seemed very straightforward, genuine and knowledgeable. His quote included a time estimate of which he over performed and finished a little early. Diego’s work is impeccable and very professional. High quality would best describe it. "Rick Jamison Painting is a great job painting the exterior of my 2-story, 2,200-square foot home. I requested estimates from a total of 3 painters that were all highly rated on Angi's. Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

We discussed a price, within minutes the house was pressure cleaned, then a day later his crew showed up, made the necessary trim and stucco repairs, they removed the chipping paint and painted the trim and two story house in one day. "Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work."

"I love this family business. The sons and dad are in business together and they have been doing it for a long time. I have been looking for a painter for a long time and I got a quote last year from another painting company. I didn’t move on my decision until my friend highly recommended John and James White. The father came and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the company that I got a quote from last year. Knowing that it will save money, my friend trusted their work, and also my husband got a bonus from his job helps me to decide to hire John and James White. James and his nephew came to my house on Friday June 9, 2023 to pressure wash the exterior walls and to clean off the dirt and things on walls. I asked James and his nephew to spray off a few extra spots at the house and they were willing to go above and beyond their job duty. On the Tuesday that they scheduled the painting, the painting team came early and started the work. They have teams that they send out to do the work. The team came every day from Tuesday to Friday early. They cleaned up afterward and I don’t have to worry about the clean up. I like the team they sent out. It was a father and his two sons. One of the son’s name was Cane. At first they color matched my house but then I found the paperwork from the builder and the HOA that shows my house color scheme. I immediately told them that morning but they already went and ordered the first color that matched the exterior. After many years of not painting the house, the color fades away so the color match is not always the exact color. It was really nice of them to abort the color match color and purchased new paints that goes with my original color scheme. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, you have to match the original house color if you don’t want to submit an architectural plan to get permission for the board of directors to change your color. I like how considerate they were to change the paint color for me at a loss for them. They got rid of several tubs of 5 gallons containers. I was home must of the time and was able to inspect the work and once in a while I would point out something that I thought needed to be done and the team did it to my satisfaction. My wood trim at the top of my house got termites so they had to replaced it. I appreciated that they told me so I can replace them. This was extra work and materials and I paid for them. I am glad to get it done so I don’t have to replace the wood in the future. When they were done, they were able to fulfill their work promise to me that we agreed for them to do. Every single agreement John and James White said they will do has been done. They even went above and beyond. For example, my door weather strip was old and needed to be done so I asked Cane if he would be willing to put it in for me if I got it from Home Depot. Cane did it. I would highly recommend John and James White. You won’t be disappointed. I am a happy customer."
