"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. "Omar was referred to me by a neighbor. He is a nice guy and is easy to work with. His crew of 3 did a great job painting the exterior of my home. They worked hard all day, every day, and the job was finished in about 8 business days. Before the primer and two finish coats of paint (which we selected and they purchased as part of the job), this old house needed a fair amount of prep work (scraping and spot priming), replacement of a few sections of decaying wood trim, a few stair treads, etc. All the work was completed as part of the job. The crew cleaned up each day and took care with the property. I am very happy with the work and I recommend Omar and company. ... In general, when hiring any contractor it is important to come to agreement in a written contract that details the full scope of work, the costs, and payment plan."
