The tree  and shrub expert came out and looked things over and immediately saw what the problem was and they treated it as soon as weather was permitting. They also previously to that sent out an expert to look at an area on my lawn that I thought was dying grass, but turned out to be nothing serious at all and is gone now. The employees that do the grass chems are always on time and very polite but they are there to treat the lawn and not diagnose the issues - for that you place a call to the main number and they send the various experts out to look things over. I have used other grass companies in the past but this company seems to really make the grass look great. I am sure that the trees and shrubs will also improve with their care now.
