I reached out to Keith about my concerns and he said they would “make things right.” After weeks of me reaching out to see when they would return, the owner finally called me to say I need to find another company to complete this job as they are down a crew member. He was very rude and told me to stop asking when they would complete the job they were hired to do. I would not recommend using this company. I feel like I have been scammed!"

We've been creating dream outdoor spaces for our clients across the Lowcountry since 2020. Our owner and founder, Charleston native Tyler Prowell, continues to lead our professional team.

"We would give zero (0) stars if that was available. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed with Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction and now appear to be out over $16,000.00. We hired Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction for a backyard project and ran into numerous issues. We paid a partial deposit of over $27,000.00 in August 2022 for upfront costs and project materials and work started October 2022. A privacy fence was built, our backyard and patio were excavated, and a drain pipe was installed between October 2022 and January 2023. So after 15 months of limited to no progress, limited communication, and a variety of excuses; we had to terminate the contract in January 2024. Upon termination, Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction stated via email that he would begin the process of returning the over $16,000.00 balance due for work that we paid to have done but he never completed. We have not received any of the remaining $16,000.00 to date. We have attempted numerous times to contact Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction, along with our attorneys, but he has not responded to any form of communication. We now have to hire a different contractor to repair the damage to our backyard and complete the project."
