"Slider door slider wheel assembly replacement for old glass exterior sliding doors. This required specialized parts that I could not locate. Hired these folks and they custom assembled some parts (and installed) that work fine. Was a bit pricey and had to schedule 1.5 months out, but I had very limited alternative options for this kind of project."

"The project involved replacing wooden r casement windows. They were punctual and efficient as promised. The job was done well and clean up was great. They were checkingup out my other windows and further or at least grease them up, etc. to make them more functional . Honest and efficient and I would hire them again anytime."

"Recently had to have our front and rear doors replaced. Lincoln and his crew did a remarkable job. Removed the doors, and disposed. Installed new ones, front door also included the storm door. Definitely happy with the results. Thank You again."

"Steven Powell removed and then installed a new folding ladder stairway in my garage to a studio storage area. It was done quicklly, on time at at a fair price. He is well equipted and insureded. Steven offered addional professional services that we will be hireing Powell Home Improvement for in the future."

"He was here on time and completed the job in a timely manner."

"One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."

"The sales rep. was great, he worked with us to get financing. The installers were courteous & cleaned up before they left. I love my windows & I got an awesome deal. I would highly recommend this company."
