Hair, dust, dander, mildew, cat litter in places it had no business being, Karen handled it with aplomb and good humor. Her attention to detail is amazing. Nothing gets by her. She says what she does and she does what she says. Not only that, but she's fun to be around. She's able to be a raconteur whilst at the same time destroying the stains on your grout with a toothbrush.
