When I called with the concern of the 3 damaged windows I got the run around with they would reclean them. Which is the last thing I wanted. They said they were owned by a franchise so there was nobody else higher up to voice my concerns. Finally today someone was to come out, it was again to reclean. Finally a company personel came out only to bear the news they were not at fault. I would never use or recommend this company, their warranty means nothing. "

When I try to call the office, it says the number is disconnected. When I call Aaron on his work phone I get no answer, only messages saying he'll call back ASAP. He never calls back. I can't recommend business with this company until they improve on their communications and actually replace my roof. I'll update and change my review if that happens."

"Ratliff installed a new roof and gutters on a house we had just purchased. Mike (owner) was very easy to work with, making multiple trips out to discuss the job, provide samples, etc. He provided a straightforward estimate, and stuck to the numbers even when we asked for minor changes after the fact (no extra billing)! Work crews were diligent, timely, professional, and polite. Mike stopped by every day to ensure everything was going well and that we were happy. Mike was happy to answer questions or concerns we had during the job and had no problem having his crews address small details that I asked about. His foreman Gaston also stopped by most days and Mario the lead installer was the first one there, last one out every day. Job was done as promised, when promised. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. We've had one good hard rain on the new roof and so far no issues have come up. Will post updated review if follow up with Mike is needed down the road (5-year warranty on Ratliff's work)."
