"Chuck diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The retractable screen on my storm door was not retracting. Chuck started by identifying the maker of the door, using an AI tool on his phone. He then removed the casing to provide access to the roller. Seeing the similarity to rollers for blinds, he pulled the roller out and rewound it. After returning the roller to its compartment and adding some lubrication, the mechanism worked fine."

After several text messages and a couple of calls reaching out yo him, he did not respond to my text or calls. He never returned after payment. "Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
