"Mass Appliance, they are a very good company. Although my scheduled appointment moved due to some circumstances, they accommodated me with two days and since it was not an emergency it worked out. My repair was done quickly and service was great. If you speak to Mark he was my service agent and he has been in business for 40 years, so he knows his stuff."

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Great service came right away"

"We’ve recently reached out to Stocker Appliance for our dishwasher that was was not able to complete a full wash. We kept getting an OE error and water was remaining in the bottom without being fully drained. Ryan was amazing! He was right on point with what the issue was. We purchased the part via an email Ryan had sent. The whole process was so easy and flowed with ease! I would use stocker appliance over and over again. And Ryan is top notch!"
