"Jacob is very responsive when you call to get an estimate. He was very fair with his pricing and very knowledgable in many different projects you may need to have done for your home/property. My wife and I just bought a new home and are completing many upgrades to the interior. The mowing was needed for the time being but the weeding and mulching was just something that with all our other plans was going to be too much to take on at the moment. I asked Jacob during his initial estimate for the mowing a price for an estimate for some of the other jobs. Once I contacted him to take care of the weed and mulch he replied the next day with a date and then called and said he could come a few days earlier. When I returned home from work that evening I could not believe how amazing it had already looked and he was not even completed. I got estimates from a couple different companies before going with Man with a mower, and none of their prices compared to his. Lou the owner showed up on time, listened to what I said and then completed the job. He did everything I had asked and even some extra without even charging me.
