"My attic skylight had some mold issues from leakage, but they cleaned, sealed, and restored it like new. Very impressed with their detailed and thorough service."

"On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!"

"What an amazing job! I had a leaky skylight and had to replace it or the roof and considering my house is from the 1870's, a new roof plus new skylight seemed like the right choice. Arber from Landstar was very quick to give me a quote and schedule the work the next week! This, with snow on the ground and the holiday. His quote was fair, he was very responsive, and his crew were seriously hard working. I cannot recommend Landstar Construction more."

"They were really thorough and paid good attention to detail. They were very good at explaining their recommendations and why it would lead to the best long term outcome. I didnâ t feel overly pressured to accept the expanded scope of work proposed. We were initially looking to do skylight repair and replacement as well as fix a broken gable vent. But when the skylight and flashing were removed, Top Royal discovered all the plywood around it was rotted because the existing shingles had been installed wrong. They showed my wife and I exactly how they were installed and how they should have been installed to prove out they werenâ t making it up. They even offered to stick to fixing the damaged part of the roof. But they were honest that the original quote was ballooning because of the wood work now required. They worked out a fair price to fix the damage and replace the rest of the roof as well as all our skylights so weâ d know it was done right and we wouldnâ t have to do it again for a long time. There were small little extras that they didnâ t do - for example replacing the skylights made a mess inside the house that they didnâ t offer to come in and clean. But aside from that they were thorough and professional, and in watching them work I do have peace of mind that the job was done right and will last."

"Altin is the bestâ ¦ He came right away to give me a quote for the replacement of two skylights. He also followed up on the quote to see if I had any questions or if I was still interested in hiring his company. I just had a good feeling about him. Iâ m extremely pleased with the job he did and I will definitely use him in the future. Great craftsmanship and pricing."

"Working with John was great. He had all the qualities you look for in a contractor. Punctual, honest, affordable, personable, and clean. He left my house just as clean as it was when he got there. Also, the skylight he installed needed a small adjustment and he refused to take my money until it was fixed! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I?ll be sure to reach out to him when my roof needs to be replaced. Thanks for the great work John.!"
