"all we can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!! <br /> Although we had to wait approximately amonth for the work to begin [since we were placed in order of his scheduled jobs], we are very pleased. We initially were hiring him to do some of the cement work and were going to put in a composite wood deck. However, I wanted a deck close to the ground.  Jim recommended that we do a raised cement deck with five foot landing and wrap around stairs to the deck.  Keep in mind that this deck is in the front of our manufactured home which rises three feet <br /> off the ground.  Jim was recommended by the landscaper that we will be using for our front yard. <br /> We checked out his rating on the BBB and found that he is a preferred contractor. We checked on the State Licensing board and found that his license was active with all applicable insurances needed. <br /> Jim is a perfectionist?in a good way.  We just had our house painted and very concerned about the cement splashing on our new paint.  NOT a drop. He works along with his crew of three workers.  His workers are very neat and worked really hard.  Not only does he take pride in his work, he takes pride in his men and his tools that he uses [cleaned after every use].  He left our acreage cleaner than before he did his work. <br /> We are planning to have him do the driveway from our road entry to the garage next week, which we had not planned on. <br /> We would recommend him to anyone who needs cement work or decking done.  <br /> He will also be building a well house for our well later this fall. <br /> <br /> <br />"
