"The owners came out to bid the job. Thy discussed the issue and the steps that would be needed to fix it. Their bid was clear, detailed and under the other bids I received. When the owner and another worker came to work they had everything needed. The owner took pictures of their work to show what was accomplished (removed, replaced, or repaired). Their repair of the siding and underlaying structure of my 2-story chimney was completed with a craftsman's touch. I could see the owner took pride in doing the job like he was doing it for his family. They discussed everything with me, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up everything and left.
