"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"Last week, I had the opportunity of using a new cleaning service by the name of MV MaxClean. I found them on Angie's list. After various attempts to find a quality Craigslist service provider, (three times) I gave up... two I sent home as soon when they showed up and the other never showed up!? It was unbelievable! Claudia and her team from MV MaxClean not only showed up on time but came prepared and equipped to execute the job. They were very friendly, industrious and adhered to the agreed-upon time schedule. Don't even bother calling craigslist as it may not even be safe, I recommend in MV MaxClean, they were very detail oriented and made me comfortable enough to leave my home and run to the bank. (UPDATE) They accidentally took a drain stopper out of my laundry sink and when I inquired about it, she called me right back, said she located it and was willing to drive over immediately (which I told her to wait until the next service) because I look forward to having them in my home again!
