Power washed, painted repaired windowsills windows, screen porch painted and repaired all inside walls. The outside work looks like the siding is brand new. "I signed a contract in Feb, . 2021 for a roof. I was told that they could install my roof in June 2021. I agreed to wait for them to install roof. They gave me a contact with a price of 7912.00 to do the roof. The first week in June I was called that they could not get the roof color needed and asked if I would agree to a new color. I said no due to I am only allowed colors due to architectural restrictions. I was told it would take nine months to get the color I need for my roof. I was also told I would have to pay 900.00 dollars more for a job that would be done in the time frame that asked for, I feel this company is dishonest and is using Covid as a excuse to raise prices. I hired a new roofer and my roof will be installed within a week with the color I need, I would not recommend this company due to dishonest pricing."

"Alvin and his brother worked hard to get oil and grease stains out of my driveway. He had warned me before he started that he was not sure he could do it because it was impossible to know how long they had been baking into the concrete. We agreed he should try and he would not charge me if he couldn't get them out. I watched and they used multiple cleaning agents and a lot of muscle with their power washer. He was as disappointed as I that it didn't work. I believe people should be paid for hard work and they certainly did work hard. Despite not being able to make the stains disappear, I decided to pay him half of what the charge would have been with a successful outcome. I will have him back to detail my car because I believe we will have more luck with that. My 5-star rating is based on attitude and effort."
