They pay close attention to details which results in a highly desirable end product. For example, the step to my patio was all wrong- too narrow, uncentered, uneven spacing, and incorrect slope. I never really thought about it, but now that I have a new step correctly done, I see a big improvement in aesthetics and safety. Another example, is that my old driveway had standing water on it. Rich took care of the drainage problem with a simple drywell. The crew takes care to put in straight cleans lines to break up the slab. They also make sure to smooth out and rake the surface so that it looks really good. At the end, they clean up really well and rake smooth the surrounding landscape."

Within the next 2 days they laid down the rebar and completed the concrete pour. They did a useful adjustment to the project by adding a drain to keep the water from my garage and household. They also included sidewalk ramp for my disabled roommate. All of these additions for only an additional $500. Included in the project was a textured/ colored border to add visual interest to the completed project. Finally they place a complimentary sealant at no additional cost.
