"Carlos was polite, professional, great communicator, and submitted a fair bid for a Velux skylight replacement for my guest house. He then pointed out that I needed a different skylight than I had originally requested, because the one I had thought would be code compliant, actually wasn't (I needed a hatch skylight above a sleeping platform). Carol arrived when he said he would, and worked quickly and efficiently with his team on the skylight. Cleanup was great, too. His team did a great job on the joist rework and drywall (the skylight he installed was bigger than the old one), and even repainted the drywall to match. Really great work, careful and looks good!"

"Rick called me within 10 minutes of my HomeAdvisor quote request for a skylight repair and was at my home to inspect it two hours later. His inspection showed that the skylight needed to be replaced, and he quoted a fair price. I accepted it, and his team had the work done by the end of the afternoon before it started raining again."

"They did a great job replacing some damaged siding. They left my yard clean afterwards and I was very happy with their work"

"Mike is excellent, installed and cleaned up after and during installation 9f new skylights, plus he replaced several shingles that blew off our roof! Very pleasant and wonderful to do business withn"

"They were quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our leak was taken care of. They also took extra time to make sure our older roof would pass inspection. Bradley was awesome! He came out the day after I spoke with him, and had a quote sent within a few minutes of visiting my home. He was thorough and communicative, and they really care about their customers! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a roof repair or replacement!"

"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"They were quick to install the replacement skylight within days of my call. Workers will skilled and professional."

"Working with SeattlePros was a great experience! They replaced our asphalt roof with a metal one and installed a skylight. Maury and Keiara were very communicative and easy to work with, and the team they had out to our house were always very considerate, clean, and the work they did is just beautiful! The roof looks great, the skylight is wonderful, and they fixed some ventilation issues we were having. We plan on working with Seattle Pros again on future projects and definitely recommend them."

"We renovated our dark living room this summer and had Emerald City Skylights and Exteriors perform the skylight installation (exterior and interior trim). Gwen was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and responded timely to any questions or concerns I had. Manuel and the rest of the installation crew did an excellent job with the project. They professionally covered all surfaces to ensure nothing got dirty during the renovations and cleaned up afterwards, too. The photos truly express what I can't in even 1000 words, the skylights were beautifully installed! The living room is now the brightest room we have in the house. Price wise the bid was middle of the road but still reasonable for a full service installation and 10 year labour warranty. The crew was able to seamlessly coordinate with my electrician crew that ran wires for lights after the cut out phase. Highly recommended! Would have no hesitation hiring again for future work!"
