"Inspected my property quickly, explaining everything, and submitted his bid professionally. Of particular note, he treated me, as a woman and the primary contact person for this job, with utmost respect, never trying to make me feel as if I "didn't understand" or needed to have a man by my side, explaining things. His behavior and professionalism was in marked contrast to at least one other contractor with whom I spoke to and interviewed. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have not yet been able to finalize the choice of contractor for this work, but THIS contractor is definitely in the running! Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key.
