He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. The damage from our cats was so severe that the carpet cleaning could not remove the odor, but this was not due to a lack of effort on Allen's part. I called Rob on Monday and he quoted me the price of the special that was running through the coupon that came in the mail. He was able to come out the next day, was on-time and actually called and showed up early! Big plus for me! Quality work was done in a timely fashion.
