"Can't say enough about ION Electric. Kris the owner is absolutely amazing. As we were going into the memorial day Holiday (2019) - my wife had noticed lights flickering and creating a strobe effect. The lights and a major part of our upstairs circuit then went completely out. We were at a loss since this was the Friday right before the long Holiday. As you can imagine virtually NO ONE wants to respond to an emergency at this time. Plus it was after hours. I went to Angies's list, got a couple companies and started calling. No other company returned my call. All of them had voice mail saying they were done for the day - and none returned my call. Kris at ION was the only one that returned the call. Not only did he return the call, we patiently and methodically walked us thru a diagnosis of what could be happening. What truly impressed me was that he was concerned for our safety over the long weekend as he felt this could be a potential fire hazard. He mentioned that he had plans for the weekend - but was seriously trying to figure out how he could still come over and personally check it out. After more over the phone diagnosing he finally felt comfortable that we would probably be OK thru the long weekend but promised to pull some of his staff from very important jobs first thing Tue. (after the Holiday). Kris was true to his word - got someone over our house and it turned out to be the best case scenario that he was hoping for which was a loose neutral. Within an hour we were back up and Kris only charged us $200. However, all that aside, the thing that really, really stuck with me was Kris' genuine concern for our safety and his willingness to change important plans both personally and with other clients to make sure he took care of us. Needles to say, I won't be looking any further for electrical contractors. Kris and ION are AWESOME!!!"

Once an initial meet was scheduled Steve was on time and primed to provide us with a solution to our needs that exceeded our expectations. The single greatest challenge in our project was our schedule, not theirs. Still NW Patio worked with us exercising considerable patience and the resulting finished product is an amazingly relaxing space incorporating LED-lit steps, a large paver-patio, and sitting walls with LED lighting that our family enjoys thoroughly at every opportunity. Upon completion there was a limited punch list that arguably involved perceptive aesthetics more than earnest structural or quality issues with the project, still NW Patio agreed to address the issues readily to our ultimate satisfaction. Since the initial phase, of our now developed landscape vision/plan, is in place we are looking forward to working with NW Patio for the next phase(s) to finish flushing out additional patio space; a walkway between the front and back yards; and a reconstruction/expansion of the driveway and walkway to the front door."
