He was able to get into a tight area that would have been very tricky with big equipment. Luckily his tree climbing gear and skills got it knocked out that same afternoon. He was careful to make sure and gauge cuts right and anchoring of ropes so all tree limbs could be safely lowered to the ground without damaging/hitting anything on the way. And this was a pretty big and tall old pine, likely well over 50 years old and complicated multiple chutes from the top etc that made the job challenging to be safe.
