"When we moved into this house, there were a couple of things that needed changed. Our placement of a freezer in the utility room made a motion detecting switch incapable of work. Fortunately, there was already a location for the second switch to that area, and John basically relocated the motion Switch to that location. While working on this, we discussed the need for a whole house surge protection ( frequent power outages in Delaware county seems to be a known issue) - John took care of this with another visit and at a very reasonable rate. Later, we had an issue with a breaker that was constantly tripping. John ran diagnostics look to see if there was an issue prior to installing a new breaker. After a new breaker was installed, we have been trouble free. We Power Electric has helped us 3 times and we have been very pleased. Customer service is a benchmark for any company.
