"I paid a deposit to Jorge for a patio cover back in January, he gave me the run around for months. I had lost my job and I have my HVAC go out, he said he might be able to refund me but then said he can?t (this was in February). I was understanding since he said he only had 14k in the bank. I then suggested we switch the scope of work to something cheaper and he never gave me quote over that until May when I terminated services due to his lack of communication, he completely ghosted me. He truly believes that he is in the right for not completing the dog kennels he started and not even starting on the patio itself. No materials were purchased and I believe he is very much ?Robbing Peter to pay Paul?. The last review I wrote he asked me to remove since we had come to an understanding that he would do the work but again here we are in August and he is ghosting all text messages and phone calls. I?ve known this man for close to a decade and he has forever lost my business."

"Brian with Roger The Roofer got in touch with me on the 24th. We texted back and forth about what was going on. He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. If I ever need any more roofing done, I will go back to Roger the Roofer. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. The quote he gave me is the price I paid. Thank you, Brian, for a great experience with a roofing company!!!!! "
