A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue."

"Excellent job on replacing my roof. I went with a 30 year roof and upgraded to an impact resistant shingle. That would allow me to lower my homeowners insurance. Aaron Nicholson came out to measure and then had the selection of colors in the roof type I wanted. His crew came out a week later, stripped down the previous roof, put up new felt and the new shingles. All the turbines, stacks and flashings were replaced to match the new color. The crew was about 11-13 men and they did everything and cleaned up in about 5 hours. Good job done right."

"The entire project went great. <br /> House was unoccupied for almost a year and it showed.   <br /> Received three quotes and Paul was NOT the cheapest - but went with him anyway based on Angie List.  It was the right move. <br /> <br /> The painting went fast, efficient and very professional.  Paul and his crew know what they are doing and it shows.  He recommended the amount and type of paint per the conditions of the home, estimated quantity and got to work right on time.  The end result, beautiful. <br /> <br /> The floating wall at first seemed a simple one, a quick and easy floating wall with doors.  However, due to the construction of the property, it was anything but.  Paul must have spent at least a day and a half perfecting it - and this was a challenging build once engaged.  He did a wonderful job - hard to tell it is new - almost perfectly (not his fault - it is impossible to make it perfect do to original design/construction issues).  Came out WAY better than I thought it would. <br /> <br /> Installed three ceiling fans because Im too lazy. <br /> <br /> Cleanup was just ok. <br /> <br /> CONS <br /> The cleanup was not up to my expectation. <br /> One door was not perfect and required a come-back. <br /> <br /> OVERALL <br /> Wonderful.   <br /> I have very little to complain about.  Paul was prompt, receptive to mid-project scope creep (for a price of course), and he and his team are real pros. <br /> <br /> I have absolutely no qualms recommending him to others and I already plan on having him paint the exterior in the spring."
