"Candido and his crew were fantastic! We hired them to completely makeover our backyard. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing! "Hired for $75k curb appeal project including installation of foundation water barrier to prevent water into basement, replacement of front yard with concrete patio, new concrete steps from porch to street, install retaining wall (I'm on hill), section of astro-turf, landscape the remaining areas with drip irrigation, installation of new redwood fence, painting the house, and pouring new concrete driveway. They were good on big stuff: concrete, excavation, driveway, painting house, new fence. Unfortunately took 12 weeks instead of 6 week estimate. Recommend being as specific as possible in written contract, with itemized tasks and due dates. I should have gotten written agreement stating exactly when payments would be due. Happy with finished project but took all summer and had some minor mis-communications that were painful at the time."
