"Update 4/23/22: The day after my 4/18 edit went online, I was contacted by JB Concrete and was told that I have to delete that review and that is not the truth (I have these exact words in a text message sent from the contractor). Regardless, they did come out a couple of days later and finished the project by cleaning up the dirt and concrete that was leftover. I appreciate their willingness to make things right, it's just unfortunate it took so many phone calls and texts to make it happen. Update 4/18/22: Nearly a month after writing my review, the company has still not come out and finished their clean-up. I still have pieces of concrete sitting in my front yard and mounts of dirt that I was told would all be hauled away. I will probably have to hire someone to remove, they refuse as nobody at JB Concrete is communicating with me any longer. Do not hire these people, their concrete work is good but their professionalism has left a poor taste in my mouth. Original 3/30/22: The project was very simple, I had JB Concrete add a strip to my existing driveway to make it a full double-wide. Unfortunately due to the chaotic nature of spring, it took weeks for them to get through each step of the process. On top of this, my point of contact for the company was not very good at keeping me informed of any hiccups or delays, I had to constantly reach out and ask for updates because I was told they would be at my house at a certain time, but then nobody would be there. It has been over a month since I hired them, and they have not completed the task yet; piles of dirt and a massive slab of concrete that they had to cut out, are still sitting in my yard. The quality of their concrete work is really good however, and I felt their price was more than fair. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company if you value timeliness and communication from your contractor."
