"Had a serious issue with my dryer cord that arced & sparked and he came out the next morning and took care of the issue as well as left to find a piece that was missing and came back after work to fix. He even fixed my dryer plug in that was wobbling around and ran my dryer for a few minutes to make sure everything was ok and not dangerous. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!!!"
