"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. "The work took three days. The first day was dedicated to repairing erosion, tilling the ground and preparing plant beds and a "dry creek" bed for drainage control. Second day included digging and installing a catch basin and plumbing pipes for the watering system. Then the third day they finished the irrigation equipment and installed the plants, mulch, and put in stones for the "dry creek bed. This seemed to me, a very reasonable amount of time for the work that was required.  <br /> The provider was very helpful throughout the process. He gave good sound, professional advise and was very polite throughout. He even added a couple of extra added features to the landscape work that he didn't charge for. His crew was polite, professional, and didn't seem to waste any time while at work. <br /> One extra special service that my provider helped me with is something I know you will be interested in. This involved an accident that occurred the day after the work was done. Well, we accidentally left our 100 pound Alaskan Malamute out in the new landscape area overnight, and during the night she dug up and chewed up some of our new shrubs!! We called our provider to come and take a look and he, without hesitation generously offered to repair and replace all the affected materials and reinstall them at NO ADDITIONAL COST! <br /> Please take our experience into consideration when rating this provider.
