"Some things were done perfectly, however some things were totally neglected. My understanding was they were to do a thorough â deep cleaningâ top to bottom. Blinds, light fixtures, windows were super clean. The floor and countertops were filthy. I went behind them and spent 3 hours cleaning floors and countertops. It looked they ran a wet mop over floors without cleaning them first. Disappointing. Just be sure to be VERY specific before you hire."
