"OUTSTANDING!!! I met with the rep on Wednesday. He was thorough, explained everything in detail - asked if I could be flexible with dates. ( I could..) Turns out that they had someone in the area the next day and now I am sitting here after a whirlwind of activity and its all done. Alvaro's crew arrived at 9:30 ( gave me a window of 9-11) they worked non-stop till the job was completed at around 5pm. They put down plastic on the floors and corner walls to protect my home while they worked - they graciously offered to take out all of my moldy junk that died in my crawl space ( and disposed of it too going way above and beyond!!) My attic and crawl spaces were vacuumed, sanitized, sealed and then the new insulation was installed. Everyone was gracious, patient, respectful and helpful. They cleaned everything up and left it better then it was previously!! I CANNOT stress enough at how wonderful these men were and how pleased I am with their impeccable service. My house now feels clean, it smells fresh - no more musty. I fell this was money well spent - knowing ( and smelling! ) that my attic and my dank musty - never wanted to go in there crawl space and clean, critter fee, sanitized - ahhhhhhhhh!! :o)"

The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."
