"I had a rather specific and somewhat specialized need for a backyard concrete patio. The project called for a roughly 14x16 ft slab, of 4" thick with wire mesh concrete - and most importantly the entire patio needed to be pitched toward a centered drywell, for proper drainage. For added trickiness, the backyard had no street access, other than through the house, so the concrete needed to be pumped in (which could get messy). "Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical.
