"They were expensive but good. They were experienced. The price I really didn't know if that's high so it might be comparative to the people especially when they took off the old, put on brand new roof. They didn't put new wood on, but they took off the old and put on the new roof, so it was probably okay. I'm not a roofer but I'm sure that it was good. I got up to 20-year guarantee on it. I put the letter that I approved to have him to do it, and he never did get back to me at all. I had to call them like two weeks later, but what had happened, he had a big mailbox at the front of his house, I guess they didn't really use and then a regular mailbox, and I put in the big mailbox since I thought was for the roofing stuff. They never even opened that box up. So, I called up, then he went out and found that my insurance okayed it. The guys were really nice. I didn't see the owner really anymore it's the guys that work me, and they're all were nice to me."

"Terry Sharp examined my roof after a storm,, could have easily said "you need a new roof", but only needed a repair. He even repaired it in the rain! And didn't charge me a dime! Not many companies will do that nowadays."

"Very professional and prompt. Had some shingles blow off with the 1st storm after roof was put on and Jack's Roofing employee was right here replacing those shingles very promptly. They just hadn't had a chance to "set" yet. There was nothing wrong with the applying of the roof. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone who needs his services."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"We bought a home that was in desperate need of a new roof. Within 2 weeks of closing, we had Angel and his crew out to get to work. They worked very hard the 1 or 2 extremely cold winter days we had in our mild 2011-12 winter for Chicagoland. <br /> <br /> When they discovered rotted sheathing, they texted me photos immediately, and went straight to work to fix the problem. While we had not worked out a price beforehand (we did not know there was a problem until they removed the roofing, of course), Angle acted quickly and fairly to solve my problem and showed me material receipts and added a very fair amount to the labor cost. He did not try to take advantage of me at all. Imagine: my roof is off and there is rotten sheathing. "Here's the NEW bill . . . if you want your roof put back together!" NOPE - Angel is honest, fair and courteous - a real professional. <br /> <br /> The crew worked fast, and worked hard to clean up when the project ended, too (missing some old shingles and nails, but not too much). <br /> <br /> Their work is high quality. We are confident we will get the entire 30 years out of these new shingles and have no fears of leaks. And, if somehow that happens, Angel and his guys will be right back to solve the problem, no questions asked. <br /> <br /> In fact, I did have a leak caused by some chimney repairs, but I wasn't sure whether it was due to the roof work or chimney work because both projects happened within days of each other. Angel came out on right away (a weekend morning) and inspected to make sure it wasn't related to the roofing. <br /> <br /> Our new roof looks great and we're very happy we used A.R Siding and Gutters. In fact, when it's time to replace the gutters, we will call Angel."
