He was efficient in accomplishing the tasks we hired him to do, He graded and seeded our back yard and side yard that had been particualrly hard to grow grass in. Getting decent plantings in the fall is a trick but he found some very nice plants. He also built a small wall and step which fits in with our naturalistic back yard.
