Their crew of Kyle and Ricky are extreme professionals and ensured that the repair work was done correctly. They updated us daily with what they had found and reviewed with us the fix that they were implementing. They keep us well informed and when finished did a through review of what they had done. To add to matters, the forecast stated very heavy and sustained rainfall was moving into the area. Stateside responded quickly and George agreed to come out right away. He was on-site in less than 90 minutes and he repaired the shingles and the siding to prevent further damage to the roof from the impending rainstorm.
