They prefabricated all the metal so that he had everything right in place and made sure that everything was done in half a day and that was completely amazing. The reason why I went with doing metal roof was because it was fashionable and it was a faded color so it wasn't so bright or shiny. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"After calling several local businesses regarding a new metal roof I found Armored Roofing. They were less money to Install than several other local businesses and have more experience doing the job! A combined total of 50+yrs between the 3 guys! They ordered the sheetmetal, brought it to my home, and came back and installed it in 2 days as promised. They cleaned all my yard when the job ended and left nothing behind for my pets or grandchildren to get in their feet! These guys are very experienced in all aspects of roofing and the customer care was excellent! Very hard to come by these days. We are very happy with the new roof and the peace of mind of knowing that they knew what they were doing is priceless, as its a major purchase for us.We would definitely recommend Armored Roofing. "We purchased the house 2 years ago knowing we would need to replace the roof very soon. Got estimates from 3 different roofing companies and his estimate was only $200-$300 more than the others, but his warranty on the workmanship was 10 years - double what the other two companies were offering. Well worth the extra couple hundred when looking at such a major expense. We also went with top of the line shingles, making the cost just a little higher. <br /> Besides the old shingles being worn and needing replacement, we had some decking that needed to be replaced where a fallen tree limb caused damage (prior to buying the house - so had been leaking off and on for couple of years), as well as some rotting fascia boards at the peak on one side of the house. We wanted the fascia boards on both sides replaced at same time and he offered to do it for labor/materials only, including painting the boards so we wouldn't have to. <br /> Shane and his crew were awesome!!  They arrived very early in the morning to get started on the roof and were able to finish it all in one day. It's a fairly large roof and he wasn't sure they would be able to finish without needing part of the next day, but they hustled all day long and were able to finish before dark.   <br /> We were very impressed with Shane and how he runs his business. He takes pride in the workmanship and is very up front and honest about what needs to be done and what the cost will be. He also answers his phone when you call and is happy to answer any questions you have. All in all, our experience with this company was top notch. <br /> Almost a year later, we had a leak after some hard rain with high winds and we called Shane back out to see what was going on. We were thinking maybe a shingle had gotten damaged from the high winds or something. But after checking the attic and shingles on the roof, he determined that the shingles were good and that it was coming from the chiminy. There were a couple of places where the mortor had worn away and left a few holes where blowing rain was able to get in and trickle down joists in the attic to the point where the leak occurred.  He said he'd seen this before and knew how to fix it, so we hired him to do the job rather than spend time getting second opinions. We trusted that Shane knew what he was talking about and though we haven't had another hard, blowing rain since, we're very confident that the problem was addressed and we won't see any more leaks. <br /> We would highly recommend A-Ability Roofing and Shane to anyone needing their services. <br />"

"Mr. Rodriguez and his crew were punctual. Mr. Rodriguez is a professional. Explains what the work entails and how his crew will be doing the work. They laid out tarps around the whole house before removing the shingles and covered necessary plants. All scrap and nails fell onto the tarps and they cleaned each and everyday after work. They removed all the old shingles and had the black felt in place in one day. The next day they were on the roof hand nailing down the shingles. Did not use any airguns to nail anything. On the third day they finished by noon and loaded all trash for that morning and used magnets to sweep the area around the house. I was extremely pleased and felt that Mr. Rodriguez took care of our home as if it were his own. My family and I appreciate them a great deal. <strong>Thank you Mr. Rodriguez.</strong> <br />"
