"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

"Brad was very professional. They did a great job replacing 10 windows. The crew was safe (masks etc.) and did an awesome job. I will have them back the next time I need windows replaced."

"Someone shot my window with a BB gun. The damage was done on the window sash (the part of the window that goes up and down). I have a double pane window and it destroyed only one of the panes. The damaged pane was in pieces and I had to use tape to keep it from falling off. I was upset and I couldn't afford to replace an entire window. It was fortunate for me that the sash is removable with no tools needed so I looked at Angie's List for a window repair shop and that's when I found Tri City Glass and Mirror.
I called them and the owner, Vince, answered. I asked if they can do a window repair if I bring the sash to him. He said yes. Depending on the type of glass used on my window, the cheapest he will charge be will around $80. He said I will need to bring the sash to him for measurements and then he will need to order the window pane which takes 1-2 days. Then I will take the sash back and he will install the new pane which takes about 30 minutes.
I brought the sash to their storefront and I was greeted by a woman (I think her name is Linda). She was friendly and down to earth. I told her the situation and she said they can fix it. She took the measurements and said the glass I have is a "Low E-Glass." It's a better type of glass but it's more expensive. So she said the total cost will be $109. I said it was fine and paid for the repair.
Two days latter, I returned to the storefront with my sash and they installed my new window pane. I waited for 30 minutes and it was repaired. I was impressed with the workmanship. The sash looks brand new as if it never was broken in the first place. I brought it back home and re-installed the sash back in my window. My house looks good again!
I really am impressed with Tri City Glass and Mirror's honesty. They could have taken advantage of me by saying they can't repair my window sash and talk me into having one of their technicians come over to my house and replace my entire window which would have cost hundreds of dollars. I would do business with them again because they are honest people. Their business looks like a small family owned business (I think it is but I'm not sure) with an old fashioned storefront and tiny display room.
"

"Jamie Purdy and his co-worker Jacob Goodman built a long fence with large gates across the front of my property. They did their work in a timely manner, on schedule, and for a reasonable price. It should be noted that they are craftsmen of the highest order. It is not just an excellent fence, It is a beautiful fence. They do all manner of work: carpentry, plumbing, re-modeling, etc. Highly recommended.
"

"Matt responded to my phone message almost immediately and set an appointment to come out to give an estimate. He showed up on time and spent the time explaining what would be done, what product he would be installing, and what Low-E windows were, since that is what he would be ordering and installing. He requested a 25% deposit.
There was somewhat of a delay in him receiving the window he ordered, but he kept in contact with me, and he always responded promptly to my phone calls or texts.
Once the day was set for installation, Matt arrived on time and carefully covered the floors and window sill to avoid damage to them during the installation process. The installation went quickly, and he cleaned and vacuumed dust from the installation. He cleaned the new window so it looked great!
I really enjoyed talking to Matt, and I would use him for future jobs and would (and have ) recommend him to others for any contractor work needed.

"
